Problems may be reported to ALS staff at auto-als@arrowhead.lib.mn.us. COMPASS has a staff of 2 FTE's, comprised of an Application Support Librarian and a System Support Technician/Server Manager. Staff are on duty from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We can be reached at the Arrowhead System offices by calling 218/741-3840 - voice, or 218/741-2901 - fax.
