CLIME Committee

The CLIME Committee, established in 1982, is a standing committee of the Advisory Council to Library Development and Services, whose purposes include broad representation from practitioners of all types of libraries and provides continuing education and staff development to plan and develop continuing education programs to identify and determine criteria, guidelines and policies. The committee presently is serving as the Board that makes recommendations about the Career Renewal Program. The committee is currently extending the Minnesota Voluntary Certification Program to other types of libraries (especially academic and special).
